• Location: 4/5 - easy to find as this hotel is right along the waterfront. It is just a short walk into the town centre where the food and coffee shops are.
  
  
• Cleanliness: 3/5 - room was ok but just the bathroom let it down.
  
  
• Room: 3/5 - large room with 2 big beds, not sure why anyone would want the fan or aircon cos I was wishing for a heater. Mozzie net given which was needed but we never bothered and just got bit instead. TV had cable with all the great channels.
  
  
• Food: no food served but there is a great rice shop round the corner and the best Pho is just a 10 minute walk away.
  
  
• Service: 4/5 - owner was very helpful. Think it was just because he liked Lesh as he was also a Liverpool fan. His English was perfect and he never said anything just for the sake of saying it....if he didn't know something he would just say I don't know instead of feeding us a load of BS...that's what most people do........though he did know quite a lot when we asked him stuff!
  
  
• Price: 3/5 - should have been $10 but we got him down to $8 (think that was the Liverpool connection again) not bad since most places in Danang are $20 and upwards.
