• Location: 5/5 Just off Le Loi so very central for shops, bars and restaurants. Can walk to the Citadel in 15 mins too.
  
  
• Cleanliness: 3/5. had to ask for new towels which came very quickly once I had asked.
  
  
• Room: 3/5 - nice but had nicer. Bonus was the balcony which would have been excellent had the rain not been pelting down the whole time. Bathroom was scary and dingy.
  
  
• Food: could have breakfast for $1 extra but we didn't bother. It would have been just bread, eggs cheese etc etc
  
  
• Service: 4/5 - very friendly owners. Very chatty and helpful. Would have scored full arks only that the light broke in our bathroom and although we told them at 9am they did not fix it all day which was disappointing. Had to shower and use the loo in the dark which was not pleasant at all. They did bring an emergency light in the end but the battery ran out quickly so then back to darkness.
  
  
• Price: 3/5 $9 is ok but I wish we had got just a normal room which would have been cheaper since we never used the balcony.
