• Room: 4/5 - I think this guesthouse is newly built as a lot of the fixtures seemed new. The bathroom was ok but with only hot water. Our bed was wedged in under the window and had a really uncomfortable mattress which gave us both back ache
  
  
• Food: no food served - but cheap food nearby and beer hoi stumbling distance away....!
  
  
• Service: 4/5 - kind people who put our bikes in their garage and made sure they were up by 5:45am when we said we were leaving at 6am.
  
  
• Price: 5/5 - bargain at 70,000 dong.....less than $5. can't complain at that!
