This guesthouse stands on the fork between Phnom Penh and Kampong Cham. You actually need to take the Kampong Cham road and you will see 3 guesthouses grouped together. This was the best of the bunch!

• Location: 3/5 - only 100 meters down the kampong cham road, you can't miss this guesthouse due to its central location. Only downside...behind is a very noisy bar playing Cambodian techno (yes there is such a thing) and some stalls that show films late into the night at full blast...bring your ear plugs.
  
• Cleanliness: 4/5 - guesthouse is below a shop which is kept clean. Room itself was spotless.
  
• Room: 3/5 - only a small space but adequate. Main problem was the tiny shower room with squat toilet. squat toilet was clean but the room had no ceiling it was just a segregated area off the bedroom! Not good if your toilet stops are going to be noisy and smelly...luckily we are quiet people who smell of roses ;)
  
• Food: no food served...but nice restaurants nearby
  
• Service: 4/5 - helped us with out bags which was nice of them.
  
• Price: 4/5 - $5 ...and we had cable tv again!
