• Location: 5/5 - tucked away down a little ally that runs parallel to the main backpacker street. The ally is quaint and quiet away from all the crazy motorbikes. The restaurants, pubs and beer hoi is a spit away.
  
  
• Cleanliness: 5/5 - spotless in the rooms and in the communal areas. The woman must clean the lobby floor at least 50 times a day....we saw her do it every 5 mins it felt like one day.
  
  
• Room: 5/5 - brilliant. Comfortable big bed, hot water, fan, air con if you want it. Tv with full cable service and most important of all....a brand new bathroom suite. Brand spanking new and in perfect white condition

• Service: 5/5. Ultra friendly service. They bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. It felt ore like a homestay than a hotel. They let us use anything we wanted for cleaning our bikes. We used the kitchen on many occasions to make our own nasi goring and heat up the food Regina had brought us. Nothing was too much trouble.
  
  
• Price: 5/5 - excellent value for Saigon. We traipsed round Saigon for over 2 hours to find this place and I am glad we persevered. It has everything you want / need for $10....bargain.
