• Location: 3/5 - off the road to Nha Trang - this guesthouse is left at the roundabout and heading towards Hanoi and Danang. Shops are nearby which is handy.
  
  
• Cleanliness: 0/5 - bathroom was a living hell. There was some kind of livestock mess over the floor. Oh and mold on the walls
  
  
• Room: 0/5 - the most basic room we have ever seen. I only said yes because I could have fallen asleep standing up as I waited for her to tell me the price. This place did not even have a sink! We brushed our teeth and washed our hands using a manky tap by the toilet....how gross is that! The musty smell in the room was FOUL.
  
  
• Food: no food served - not that we would have trusted it anyway.....
  
  
• Service: 2/5 - not overly helpful but not rude either.
  
  
• Price: 0/5 - 120,000VND ($8) for this disgusting place. I am ashamed to say we paid it. Only desperation would compel anyone to part with any money to stay here
