• Location: 4/5 - Turn off the main road in Tan Phu and head towards the Cat Tien National Park. You cant miss the hotel. It looks space age and a bit out of place in this old town. Food and drinks are just a short walk back onto the main road.
  
  
• Cleanliness: 4/5 - bathroom and room nice and clean. I think this hotel is very new still!
  
  
• Room: 4/5 - you can almost still smell the paint this place feel so new. There were pipes sticking out of the wall where I presume they are going to install an air con unit....one day! Quite a nice view of the hills from our window.

• Service: 4/5 - the guy owner spoke a bit of English and was keen to help in any way he could - not that we needed any help!
  
  
• Price: 4/5 - $7 for a fan room is very reasonable. Lesh says there was hot water - but I never felt it :(
