• Location: 5/5 - On the main road so easy to find and close to all amenities.
  
  
• Cleanliness: 3/5 - bathroom was all that let this place down.
  
  
• Room: 3/5 - nice large room with even a dining table and chairs. 2 huge beds and a balcony! Only downside is that it is a front room so the traffic noise from the main road is quite loud and also the hotel signage is right by our window so the lights keep the room well illuminated even when you turn the lights off.

• Service: 3/5 - the guy is a slob and never budged from a sofa plonked in front of the TV. He watched us struggle with our bags up the stairs without even a consideration of moving is big fat arse.
  
  
• Price: 4/5 - room should have been 160,000 VND but the owner was easy to negotiate with and came down easy to 120,000VND which is $8 - not bad for the size of room. Room had hot water and cable tv.
