Situated on the East side of the river this beautiful hotel gives you 5* accommodation at 3* prices. Its a tropical oasis with plants and shrubbery all over, that gives you a calm feeling in this bustling town. Fabulous pool though I never went in cos it was so cold!

• Location: 5/5 - close enough to the bar and restaurants to walk in, saving on tuk tuk fares and also this means it nice and quiet in this haven amonst the trees.
  
• Cleanliness: 5/5 - room cleaned promptly every day and comunal areas spotless.
  
• Room: 5/5 although we got the cheapest standard room, our room was nicer than my mum and Aunty Irenes deluxe rooms. We had a huge bed with mozzie net and our bathroom had a bath and shower.
  
• Food: 6/5! Excellent food! I recommend the chicken curry, chicken noodle soup and the hotpot....mmmmm delicious.
  
• Service: 5/5 - very friendly staff who took a bit of time to come round to let us have the bikes outside the room but they were very interested to hear about the trip!
  
• Price: $46. Pricey you might think but compared to other places this was good value. Great midrange hotel and I would deffo stay here again.
